We have been working for over 25 years on food technologies and we have developed short training sessions (2 days) for SMEs or Large Groups. They are adapted to your industrial problems and based on our skills (processes, texturization, flavoring, decontamination, sensory analysis...). More than 1,800 business leaders, Research & Development, Quality, Production managers and technicians from various sectors of food and bio-industry areas have already attended our sessions. Exchanges and discussions are encouraged so that you can find some answers to your needs during the training.

Unique European training sessions

Since 2006, we organize every year some European training sessions. These sessions are also based on our skills and destined for European companies. Presentations are in English.

Innovative platforms

The best technological equipments to serve your training: cutters-mixers, batch and continuous mixer-cooker, foam equipment, extruder cookers (twin-screw and single-screw, from 5 to 200 kg/h), cold co-extruder, high pressure homogenization and chamber, thermal shock decontamination, microwaves, preparation room, tasting rooms, technical platforms...
